Terms & Conditions, Cancellation & Refund Policy
- We strive to offer you the best services, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in following these guidelines.
- 1. Any cancellation 3 hours prior to the treatment will not be charged.
- 2. Cancellation within 3 hours to the treatment will be charged at 50%.
- 3. If there is no information from the guest and the therapists has reached the location; 100% cancellation fee will be charged from the guest.
- 4. Any changes in the treatments booked if less than the value that is pre-decided, will be charged to the booked treatment value.
- 5. Any last minute booking, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled.
- 6. Don't lose your money by making us wait. (waiting charges applicable – ₹3,500 per hour for each therapist booked)
